The Ski Center of Metsovo (Politsies or Profitis Ilias) was for many years the biggest ski resort of Metsovo until Anilio was opened.

It is located on the old Ioannina - Trikala national road, near Katara.

Its altitude ranges from 1360 meters to 1620 meters.
It has two sliding lifts with a length of 700 and 550 meters respectively and a baby lift of 150 meters. It has a Chalet with restaurant and cafe, ski schools, ski rental shops.
