See your location on the map and exactly where you are when moving or driving.
The following are detailed instructions for using your location, as well as for problems that may arise.

View your current location on the map
To see your location on the map and exactly where you are when moving or driving, you need to activate your location and access permitions to your location.

• Click the Enable my location button located on the map function buttons.
• You will be asked to grant permission to access your location.
  Click ok or Allow.
• If you are using a Smartphone or Tablet you need to go to your device settings and activate the location of your device.
• Then you will see the blue dot on the map that shows you where you are and move when you move.

Icons on the location button
On the location button, you will see the following icons as appropriate:

Enable my location
It means that your location is not active. Click this button if you want to enable it. Your location is enabled
It means your location is active but you may not see it. Click this button if you want to focus on your location. Your location is enabled in driving mode
It means that your location is active and in driving mode. The map is automatically centered where you are. If you zoom in, the driving mode stops but your location remains on.
Errors in finding your location
If you are unable to activate your location, you will receive one of the following errors:

• User denied the request for Geolocation. Turn on your device location and try again.
  From your Smartphone or Tablet, you have not activated the location from your device settings or you have chosen not to allow access to your location.
  You need to go to your device settings and activate the location.
  
  From Computer, you have chosen not to allow access to your location.
  To unblock your location, from the address bar of your browser, select the icon and then choose to allow access to the location.
• Your browser does not support Geolocation.
  You are using an old browser that does not support location services and you will need to upgrade to a newer version.
• Location information is unavailable.
  You may be somewhere where there is no GPS signal or internet connection.
• The request to get user location timed out.
  You will need to refresh your location
• An unknown error occurred.
  The system could not find your location for an unknown reason.
