At the confluence of the Varnuda and Vernos mountain ranges, 19 km. west of the city of Florina and at an altitude of 1650 m to 2000 m, a neck is formed, where the Vigla-Pisoderio crossing is located. In this location and in a forest of beech trees is one of the best Ski Centers in Greece, with 9 slopes of Olympic standards, which can serve all categories of skiers and snowboarders.

It also has a parking lot for 500 cars. Right in front of the ski center is one of the most beautiful chalets in the Greek mountains, the private chalet, which is open all year round and overlooks the mountain and the ski slopes.

There are 5 elevators operating in Pisoderi, of which:
2 two-seater aerials
1 two-seater sliding
2 for small children

Among the ski center's strong points is the fact that it is located on the Florina-Kastoria national road, which makes access easier since the road is always open in winter.
The panoramic view of the Prespa area from the peaks of the believers is another asset of the ski center.

Transition
The distance that separates the ski center of Vigla - Pisoderio from the city of Florina is only 19 km. Access is generally easy and it is ensured that it remains open during the difficult months (when there is heavy snowfall).

Accommodation
The first choice is the refuge that operates next to the ski resort, but you will also find accommodation in the villages of Pisoderi. However, many visitors prefer the city of Florina for accommodation.
