In a magical environment in the northwestern part of the prefecture of Grevena, at a distance of 42 km from the capital of the prefecture, in the heart of Pindos, is the Vasilitsa Ski Center, on the northeastern side of the mountain of the same name, which extends to an altitude of 2249m. but also on the neighboring mountain of Gomara.

It started with the first lift in 1975 and since then promises moments of freedom and beauty to every skier or visitor. It has 7 lifts (2 aerial, 5 sliding, 1 children's) and 18 tracks of black, red, blue and green colors.

Two tracks of the center have been characterized by the F.I.S of Olympic standards, the Dias track (the two-seater) and the Tymfaia track.
