The port of Elefsina is located on the north-west coast of the Saronic, occupies an area of 50 acres and extends from the Palaska site in Skaramanga to the Elefsina Shipyards within the industrial zone established in Thriasio Pedio.

It is a purely commercial port handling more than 2 million tons of goods per year while serving more than 5000 ships and tankers.
