Agia Marina is the capital of Leros and the second port of the island.

At the entrance of the port is the Bourtzi fortress, the old lighthouse and the grain windmill which are characteristic points.

Ferry routes to Agia Marina are available from the port of Piraeus as well as from Agathonisi, Kalymnos, Kos, Patmos, Rhodes, Samos, Symi, Syros and Fournos.
